Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, boil the water, add the washed Chinese toon, and blanch for more than 1 minute. This step is very critical. The purpose is to remove nitrates and nitrites in the toon.

  4. Take out the Chinese toon and quickly run it under cold water to keep the green color of the Chinese toon, then control the water and cut into pieces.

  5. The cooked soybeans have plump grains, remove and drain them and set aside.

  6. Take a large basin, put all the prepared ingredients into the basin, add 2 tablespoons of June Xianqing 8 light salt original soy sauce, mix well and season. It is light but not greasy, rich in aroma, refreshing and appetizing. It is especially suitable for spring picnics. If you like, you can also add some sesame oil for seasoning. I didn't add it. I just like this original dish. It advocates a light diet and is healthier with less salt and oil.
