Meat floss snack bag
Overview
The small meal buns made of homemade meat floss are round, not big, and very compact. The only drawback is that I got distracted while baking, and the bread was a little dark in color, but luckily it wasn’t too burnt. Friends who are interested must watch the oven at all times, don’t imitate me!

Put all the ingredients except the salad dressing and meat floss into the bread machine, repeatedly start the normal bread program and knead the dough for a total of 30 minutes, waiting for fermentation.

Let the dough rise to 2.5 times in size.

Knead evenly and divide into 12 small dough balls.

Add 2 tablespoons of salad dressing to the pork floss and mix well.

Wrap in pork floss like buns.

Place on a baking sheet and brush the surface with egg yolk.

Place the baking sheet into the middle rack of the oven and place a plate with boiling water at the bottom of the oven to start the fermentation function.

When the bread dough has risen to 1.5 times in size, take out the plate, preheat the oven to 175 degrees, turn the heat up and down, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
