1.Softened butter at room temperature

Add powdered sugar and stir evenly, no need to beat.

Add egg liquid in batches and mix well

Add dried cranberries and mix well

5.Finally sift in the cake flour

Stir evenly to form a dough.

Wrap in plastic wrap and organize into a rectangular shape (about 6cm wide and 4cm high), and freeze in the refrigerator until hard. (about 1 hour)

Cut the frozen rectangular dough into slices with a knife.

After cutting, place on a baking sheet, put in the oven at 165 degrees, middle layer, for about 20 minutes, until the surface is slightly golden. Take out and let cool then seal and store.
