Baked mashed potatoes

Baked mashed potatoes

Overview

There were some small potatoes left at home, so I prepared them last night and baked them this morning, completing a baked mashed potato. Serves three people and comes with pumpkin soup. Our husband went out early this morning and didn't have time to have breakfast. Mother and son couldn't finish breakfast. The remaining mashed potato glass lunch boxes were brought to work. Several colleagues said they were delicious, but unfortunately there were too few.
