I came back with a bread crab and thought about how to eat it for a long time. Steamed? Stir-fried onion and ginger? In the end, I decided to use the typhoon shelter recipe for fried crabs

Wash one bread crab

Remove the crab pieces, remove the gills and remove any dirt, and wash them thoroughly. You can crack the crab claws slightly to make it easier to eat and more delicious

Chop the garlic, fry in a pan over medium heat until it turns yellow and remove

After the garlic paste is spread out and allowed to cool, it turns into a beautiful golden color

Put the crab pieces into the oil pan (the oil pan where the garlic has just been fried), fry over low heat for about 5 minutes and remove

Leave oil in the pot, add onion, ginger, garlic, black bean, and chili padi and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add crab pieces, add cooking wine and stir-fry, stir-fry for 2 minutes, add salt and pepper, green onions, stir-fry twice and remove from the pot
