Baby food supplement, edamame and chicken mashed noodles
Overview
Mino was introduced to edamame puree as complementary food for the first time when he was 11 months old. Therefore, other ingredients are chosen that he has eaten. Every baby is an independent individual. Make sure that the baby is not allergic to the ingredients. In fact, these ingredients can be eaten by babies over 8 months old. Sometimes when I am not busy at home, my grandpa will make complementary food for Mino. I have to do some details at home and can’t take photos

Ingredients
Steps
-
Remove the film from the edamame beans, wash them and steam them until cooked (I steamed them for more than 20 minutes, so make sure the beans are steamed thoroughly)
-
Add appropriate amount of warm water to a food processor and puree
-
Blanch the chicken with water first and cook it together with the chopped carrots (you can cook it longer if you want to keep the broth)
-
Puree the cooked chicken and carrots separately (I used a single amount of carrots), leaving enough for the baby to eat
-
Freeze the remaining pureed meat and vegetables and keep the date, then heat one piece at a time and it will be enough for the baby
-
Put the baby's food amount on the cooked noodles and add a few drops of walnut oil
-
After mixing well, baby’s dinner will be ready
