Sausage Pizza
Overview
Our baby is always clamoring for pizza every time he sees a pizza commercial on TV. However, when a famous pizza shop in our small area just opened, we heard that the queues would last for 2-3 hours, so for the sake of our baby, I, the mother, had to do it myself. This is really easy to do!

Knead the dough ingredients together into a smooth dough

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place to ferment

While the dough is fermenting, you can prepare the ingredients first, cut the green peppers into circles and slice the sausages. Dice the bacon and slice the coprinus mushrooms and set aside.

Shred mozzarella cheese and set aside.

Basic fermented dough

Divide into two equal portions, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15-20 minutes

Roll out the relaxed dough into a round sheet that is thin in the middle and thick on the sides

Place the dough sheet on the baking sheet and use a fork to make small holes to prevent the crust from puffing up while baking.

Spread a layer of pizza sauce on the crust, put a layer of cheese, then put sausage bacon tuna, put a layer of cheese, put green pepper mushrooms, put a layer of cheese and put a layer of sausage. (You should leave a little cheese and put it on top 5 minutes before taking it out of the oven.) You can also brush some oil on the edge of the pie to make it bake beautifully.
