Pour all ingredients except butter into a basin

Use chopsticks to stir evenly until there is no dry powder

Move to a kneading pad and knead until the dough is smooth, add softened butter and continue kneading

Knead until the film can be pulled out and rounded, cover with plastic wrap for fermentation

Ferment until doubled in size

After deflating, divide into eleven equal parts and cover with plastic wrap to rest for fifteen minutes

After resting, roll it into a round shape and place it on a non-stick baking pan. Let it ferment for 40 minutes. Brush with a layer of egg wash and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Place it in the middle rack of a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes
