  1. Pour all ingredients except butter into a basin

  2. Use chopsticks to stir evenly until there is no dry powder

  3. Move to a kneading pad and knead until the dough is smooth, add softened butter and continue kneading

  4. Knead until the film can be pulled out and rounded, cover with plastic wrap for fermentation

  6. After deflating, divide into eleven equal parts and cover with plastic wrap to rest for fifteen minutes
