Strawberry Mulberry Jam
Overview
The strawberries and mulberries picked in the summer are kept in a vacuum state after being boiled, and kept in the refrigerator, stacked on a full layer. Seeing that the new year's strawberries are coming down again, the old ones haven't been cleaned yet. I was really anxious too. I usually use it when making desserts, but I still haven’t used it up. I also had an idea. I put strawberries and cooked mulberries together, pureed them in a food processor, and made a more delicious compound jam. It tastes like blueberry jam. It can be concluded from this that clever combinations in life can produce unexpected results!
