Grilled Lamb Chops

My family all likes roasting lamb. Charcoal roasting outside is unhygienic, so I roast it at home.

Soak the lamb chops in water and salt for two hours.

Boil the foam in a pot under cold water, remove and drain (you can use kitchen paper to drain the water), add ginger slices, onions and oil to marinate the lamb chops for 12 hours. (Put it in the refrigerator when the weather is hot)

Place the lamb chops on a baking sheet lined with tin foil, and treat the surface evenly with oil and cumin powder.

Preheat the oven to 180℃!

After preheating to temperature, place the lamb chops in the oven, turn the heat up and down, and set the time to 15 minutes.

After fifteen minutes, turn the lamb chops over and grill for another five minutes

Get out of the pot! Sprinkle some more chili powder and cumin powder!

Paired with a bottle of beer, it’s delicious on the outside and tender on the inside!
