Fryer Roasted Pumpkin Sticks
Overview
I haven’t used an air fryer for a long time, and every time I see it, I always think of a lot of ideas about it that have yet to be realized. During the season when pumpkins are in abundance, I suddenly had an idea and decided to take it down and bake it into dried pumpkins. In fact, you can also use an oven, but I don't like to use the oven's wire rack - maybe the pumpkin strips will fall from the gap accidentally. The pumpkin strips were mixed with oil just because of the expectation of the appearance, not for nutritional considerations. ——Pumpkin is rich in carotene. According to nutritional theory, carotene needs to be absorbed together with fat. Accordingly, there is a saying that carrots and other foods must be cooked with oil. In fact, this statement is questionable. Even if we eat carrots just to get the carotene in them, carrots do not necessarily have to be cooked with oil, unless your meal has no meat or oil at all. Just think about it, if you drink hoof flower soup, eat twice-cooked pork, and put a raw carrot into your stomach, can you still be like a lotus flower that can emerge from the mud without being stained, clean yourself, and not be stained by any oil?
