-
Chop the meat into minced meat, mine is bought ready-made.
-
Chop potatoes, carrots, green peppers and green onions, cut a few celery leaves and set aside.
-
Add the minced vegetable vegetables to the meat filling, and add appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, chicken essence, pepper, and light soy sauce, and stir evenly.
-
Shape the mixed meat filling into balls.
-
Sauce: Take a bowl, add a small amount of salt, chicken essence, pepper, appropriate amount of sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, tomato sauce and water starch.
-
Lift the pot, pour oil, add more oil, and put the meatballs into the pot one by one.
-
Fry the surface of the meatballs until golden brown, fry for a while longer, and remove from the pan when the meatballs are cooked.
-
Leave some oil in the pot, sauté the chopped green onion, then add the prepared juice, add an appropriate amount of water, and wait until the soup thickens.
-
Pour the juice over the previously fried meatballs, add a few celery leaves, and you're ready to eat.
