Bitter Melon Egg Pancake
Overview
I went out to have a meal with my colleagues, which made the gluttons come alive. I thought the bitter melon and egg pancakes in that restaurant were particularly delicious, so I asked them how to make them, and quickly tried it myself😊It’s not bad, especially delicious😋

Wash the bitter melon and remove the white flesh

Cut into small slices

Put an appropriate amount of water into the pot and put the bitter melon into the pot and bring to a boil

Drain out the cold water (if you find it bitter, you can wash it with cold water several times to reduce the bitterness)

Cut into fine pieces

Break in four eggs

Add appropriate amount of salt

Mix well

I use an electric frying pan (you can also use an electric baking pan or frying pan). Add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, pour the egg liquid into the pan, and smooth it out with a spatula. After frying one side, flip and fry the other side. All fried and ready to go
