Cut the papaya into quarters and use a long spoon to scoop out all the seeds inside.

Heat the milk, add the gelatine powder, stir well after melting, wait for the milk to cool, pour into the papaya, put the papaya into a small bowl, keep it upright.

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
