  5. Take a small ball of puff pastry, roll it out and cut it into a long semi-circle with a wheel cutter

  7. After wrapping, roll it up from right to left

  8. Put it into the mold. You can also use an egg tart mold. Place it in the middle of a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Take it out and brush it with honey five minutes before taking it out of the oven

  9. Finally, you can also sprinkle some powdered sugar as a decoration. If you don’t like it too sweet, you can leave it out
