Pour a small amount of water into the pot, add sugar and bring to a boil. Add sliced apples and add a few drops of lemon juice

Cook the apples until they are soft and slightly brown

Remove and let cool for later use

What I used here is the leftovers of the jam puff pastry from the previous recipe

Take a small ball of puff pastry, roll it out and cut it into a long semi-circle with a wheel cutter

Stack the apple slices

After wrapping, roll it up from right to left

Put it into the mold. You can also use an egg tart mold. Place it in the middle of a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Take it out and brush it with honey five minutes before taking it out of the oven

Finally, you can also sprinkle some powdered sugar as a decoration. If you don’t like it too sweet, you can leave it out
