Braised sardines
Overview
I usually buy sardines and store them in the refrigerator. On working days when it is inconvenient to buy food, it can alleviate the food shortage at home.

Thaw and clean the sardines, then marinate them with a small amount of salt for ten minutes

Pat on dry starch and fry on both sides of the pan.

After both sides are cooked, serve on a plate

Add a little oil to the pot, add a spoonful each of peppercorns, sugar, soybean paste, and tomato paste, pour in the sardines, and an appropriate amount of water, cover the pot, and simmer over medium heat for five minutes.
