I usually buy sardines and store them in the refrigerator. On working days when it is inconvenient to buy food, it can alleviate the food shortage at home.

  1. Thaw and clean the sardines, then marinate them with a small amount of salt for ten minutes

  2. Pat on dry starch and fry on both sides of the pan.
