Overview
The simple production method is to use a cake base, add cream and chocolate chips. It is not as complicated as the real Black Forest method, but the taste is still good, which is our pursuit, right

Prepare the required materials

Add the melted chocolate sauce to the sugar, milk and oil and mix well

Add the sifted low-gluten flour and mix well

Then add the egg yolk and mix well

Add sugar and lemon juice to the egg whites and use an electric egg beater to beat until wet peaks form.

Mix half of the meringue and chocolate batter and mix well

Then add the mixed batter to the other half of the meringue and mix evenly

Pad the bottom of the square mold with tin foil and fill the batter 80% full

Bake in the preheated oven (the number of layers is as shown in the picture), with the upper heat at 170 degrees and the lower heat at 120 degrees, and bake for 35 minutes

After the cake has cooled, cut it into three pieces and spread butter on one piece of cake

Put some fruit in the middle to make a filling, then take a piece of cake and put it on top of each other, then spread the cream

After overlapping three layers, put more cream on the surface of the cake, smooth the four sides, wipe off the excess cream on the flat surface, and smooth the flat surface
