How to cook Mushroom Cookies at home

Ingredients
Steps
-
Of all the ingredients, there wasn’t enough chocolate. I only had one left at home and forgot to buy it
-
Soften the butter in advance and add sugar
-
Use a whisk or spatula to mix evenly without beating
-
Add light cream and mix well
-
Sift in low-gluten flour
-
Knead it into a ball and let it rest for a while (about half an hour, I leave it for a longer time to coax the child to sleep)
-
Divide the dough into strips
-
Then divide into small dough pieces of about 4g each
-
Take one of them and divide it into two. Knead one into a mushroom handle shape and the other into an umbrella shape
-
Put them together and put them on the baking sheet
-
Finish all the dough
-
Put it into the preheated oven and heat it up and down to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. You can open it and turn it over once in the middle to make the biscuits evenly colored
-
The cookies are small, so don't leave the oven to avoid burning them. Take out and let cool
-
Melt the chocolate, dip the biscuits in appropriate amount of chocolate, wait for the chocolate to solidify before eating
-
What I did was not very good-looking, and I am a person who has difficulty undergoing plastic surgery. There is not enough chocolate, only part of it is dipped
