Steps
-
Use warm water at about 50 degrees to develop peach gum two hours in advance and remove impurities.
-
Honey fungus is made good with water. Honey fungus is a kind of snow fungus with relatively thin valves, and its taste is smoother than ordinary snow fungus. This can also be used with ordinary snow fungus. After rising, cut into pieces according to size preference.
-
Put the peach gum honey ears in a clay pot, add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over medium-low heat for 40 minutes. Remove occasionally during the process to avoid sticking to the pot. If you feel that there is a small amount of colloid in the water or the honey fungus tastes soft, add rock sugar.
-
After the rock sugar melts, add coconut milk and bring to a boil!
