Laoganma fried chicken
Overview
The weather is getting hot, and the dishes have always been relatively light. I wanted to change the taste and try something spicy, but I didn't want to go to too much trouble. That's how I am. I want to make delicious food, but also want it to be simple. This is a stir-fry method taught by a friend. Soon, I was worried about whether it would be cooked this way. Actually, I don't have to worry, it is cooked and tender.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the chicken and drain the water.
-
Chop the chicken into small pieces. (I didn’t chop it too small, I don’t have much strength)
-
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and sauté until fragrant.
-
Pour in the chicken pieces, remember not to stir-fry immediately, let it fry in the pan for a while and then stir-fry. This way the chicken will be more tender.
-
When the chicken is fried, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, and Laoganma hot sauce. If you like spicy food, you can add more (because it is summer, I don't add much). Stir-fry for seven or eight minutes. Add salt to taste when cooking.
