Stewed beans with potatoes
Overview
I went to METRO supermarket this Saturday and bought a lot of vegetables. I made a home-cooked dish, stewed beans with potatoes. Vegetarian vegetable oil.

Wash beans. Pinch off both ends and edges of the beans. Rinse clean with water.

One potato, peeled. Wash well.

Cut a green onion and slices of ginger. Prepare seasonings, salt, and pepper.

Heat the stew pot, add the beans, stir-fry until the water is dry, then add 1 tablespoon of sunflower seed oil and stir-fry.

Fill a pot half full of water and add potato cubes. Add one star anise, a spoonful of salt, chopped green onion and ginger slices. Simmer for 10 minutes.
