Crispy Pork Chops
Overview
I made an appointment with a friend to have a meal of terrible pork chop rice at a very impressive Japanese restaurant. The price was quite expensive. Looking back, I think the chef could have been fired. For such a simple thing, I would never eat out again. The ingredients at home are all ready-made, and you can make a dish in ten minutes. It is fragrant and tender. It is delicious sprinkled with tomato sauce or salad dressing, served with rice or as a snack. Here I use a less oil method, which does not require the reuse of frying oil, so it is healthier.

Steps
-
Soak the pork in water in advance to force out the bleeding.
-
Cut into slices about 3 mm thick. When cutting, pay attention to the texture of the meat. Cut it lengthwise to make the meat more tender.
-
Cut them all in order, in the same direction.
-
Use the meat floss hammer to loosen both sides. If you don't have the meat floss, you can pat it with the back of a knife on both sides. The meat will loosen a lot.
-
Sprinkle the flabby pork with marinade. This seasoning can be bought in supermarkets and is very common
-
Catch it evenly and marinate it. If you don’t have time, you can use it directly. The meat is very thin and relaxed, making it easy to taste.
-
Prepare a bowl of slightly thicker cornstarch water and a portion of golden bread crumbs. No eggs are used here, it’s just as delicious without eggs.
-
Dip the pork into a layer of starch water.
-
Coat both sides with bread crumbs.
-
Put a little oil in the pan, turn to medium-low heat, and fry both sides until brown and crispy.
-
The finished product is sprinkled with tomato sauce or salad dressing, which is sweet and fragrant.
