Potato, ham and tomato pizza
Overview
Perhaps inspired by my children's love for pizza, I recently became obsessed with making pizza. Yesterday, I made a new flavor of thick-crust pizza using tomatoes, potatoes and ham. It was highly praised by my little girl and said it was the best tasting pizza I have ever made. I uploaded it today and shared it with everyone

Steps
-
Chop the tomatoes and dice the potatoes, put them into the hot oil pan one by one, add salt to taste, stir-fry to form tomato and potato sauce, set aside.
-
Dice ham and green pepper and set aside.
-
Weigh the flour, milk and yeast and put them into the bread bucket.
-
Start a dough kneading program (20 minutes) and knead into a smooth dough, as shown in the picture.
-
Start the fermentation process and let it double in size, as shown in the picture.
-
Deflate the dough, roll it into a round shape, and then roll it into a round cake the size of a nine-inch pizza pan, as shown in the picture.
-
Place the rolled out dough into a buttered pizza pan.
-
Prick the dough with a fork to prevent the dough from bubbling during baking.
-
Place the pre-fried tomato and potato sauce on the dough and spread evenly on the surface.
-
Add half of the mozzarella cream cheese and spread evenly.
-
Put the diced ham and green pepper on top and spread evenly.
-
Add the other half of the mozzarella cream cheese and spread evenly.
-
Place the pizza pan with dough into the preheated oven at 250 degrees, middle and lower racks, for 15-20 minutes.
-
When it bakes for 10-15 minutes, take it out and squeeze an appropriate amount of tomato sauce on the surface to decorate and season.
-
Put it back in the oven and continue baking until the cake is cooked, take it out, let it cool slightly, and then cut it into pieces and eat it.
