Red soup gray tofu fruit
Overview
Gray tofu fruit, known as ginseng fruit, is also called fairy fruit. Produced in Daozhen Gelao and Miao Autonomous County, the hometown of silver fir trees in China, it is a specialty food passed down from generation to generation by the Daozhen Gelao people. It is made of high-quality soybeans as raw materials, and is carefully processed through traditional stone grinding technology, supplemented by high-quality pollution-free plant ash. The best way to cook it is in hot pot. If you like clear soup, you can stew it with chicken and ribs.
