Overview
Now is the time to have fresh yams and oranges. The sugar oranges bought in the supermarket are very delicious, sweet and without residue. The iron rod yam is steamed and stir-fried into delicious yam puree, wrapped in oranges, and made into a daifuku shape. It looks like daifuku, but the ingredients are different and healthier. It’s delicious, beautiful and popular to make during the holidays.
