Tricolor Bacon
Overview
I originally planned to serve the bacon cold, but I really didn't know how to mix it, so I just fried it first and had three-color bacon.

Cut the cucumber into slightly thick slices and marinate it with salt to keep it crispy when fried;

Cut the carrots into thin slices, shred the ginger, slice the garlic, and cut the bacon into small slices;

After the pan is hot, put the bacon directly into the pan and stir-fry until the bacon aroma comes out;

Take out the bacon and leave the fried oil in the pan;

Rinse the pickled cucumbers with water several times to remove some of the salty taste;

Heat the pot, put the ginger and garlic slices into the pot and stir-fry;

First put the carrots into the pot and stir-fry, then add the cucumber and stir-fry;

Put the fried bacon over, then add a little salt, chicken essence, and sugar, stir-fry and serve;
