Cheese and Strawberry Tart
Overview
Strawberry season adds a red color to baking. No matter what you are doing, adding strawberries always feels beautiful. Today's strawberry cheese tart is made of cranberry tart shell, light cream and homemade cheese as the tart core. Finally, it is decorated with strawberries. It tastes full of milky skin, soft core, and sweet strawberries. Several different flavors and different textures blend together to satisfy the taste buds while also giving you a sweet enjoyment in your heart.

Ingredients
Steps
-
When the butter is softened enough to be flattened with your fingers, add the powdered sugar
-
Beat until smooth
-
Add the egg liquid in 3 times, wait until the egg liquid and butter are completely combined before adding it again
-
Stir well until feathery
-
Sift in low-gluten flour
-
Stir until there is no dry powder
-
Add dried cranberries and knead into a ball
-
Divide the dough into portions of about 40 grams, press into pieces and place into egg tart molds, and pierce them with a fork. When I made it, I made a smaller amount. The amount given in the recipe is 12 pieces.
-
Add some beans to prevent the tart from puffing up while baking. Because I made less, I also put beans in the empty spaces to protect the mold
-
The oven is 160 degrees. After the upper and lower heat are preheated, bake in the oven for 18 minutes
-
When done roasting, pour out the beans. Unmould the tart shell and let it cool for later use
-
Whip light cream and sugar
-
When the mixture is still beating, add the homemade cheese. If you don't have homemade cheese, you can substitute cream cheese.
-
Stir until ready for decorating and put into a decorating bag
-
Squeeze the whipped cheese into the tart crust, cut the strawberries and place on top, and you are ready to enjoy
