Asparagus and shrimp stew
Overview
A relatively healthy dish. The asparagus in this season is very good. It tastes crisp and tender no matter how you cook it. Paired with the refreshing shrimp, it is simple and delicious. It would be nice to just use asparagus to stir-fry shrimps. Why is it called asparagus and shrimp stew? Because it is not stir-fried but braised. This is the charm of stone pot dishes.
