Make a mouthful of the finished coconut. The mouth should be slightly larger. Remember to keep the coconut meat.

Boil the hot water in a pot and turn off the heat. Put 200ml of whole milk and 15g of sugar in the container on the hot water and stir until the sugar melts.

Slowly pour the hot milk into the beaten eggs and mix evenly

Take a sieve, sift the egg milk liquid and pour it into the coconut.

Wrap plastic wrap around the mouth of the coconut and cover the coconut. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for a while before taking it out.

Once cooled, refrigerate for 2 hours before serving
