Steps

1. 1 Wash the potatoes and put them into a stew pot and simmer for 10-20 minutes. Considering that it is stewed in the dormitory, in order to avoid uneven fire, we first cook the potatoes slightly and then cook them.

   

2. 2 Cut the cooked potatoes into cubes and put them into a bowl to prepare the seasonings (soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar). Note that since our dormitory artifact is relatively small, in order to avoid uneven mixing, our mixing steps are performed outside.

   

3. 3 Add appropriate amount of water to the mixed potatoes, put it into a pot, simmer and then heat until the potatoes are completely cooked and then remove from the pot.
