Mocha cheesecake
Overview
Junzhi's mocha cheese. No whipping cream, use milk instead. I decided to remove the sugar because the chocolate seemed quite sweet. If you don't have espresso, just instant is fine.

Prepare materials

Heat the cream cheese over water and stir until smooth

Add eggs and mix well

Add coffee, rum, stir well

Add low-gluten flour

Chop the dark chocolate and heat it with the milk over running water

Stir until chocolate melts, mix well, take out

Take a small amount of cheese paste, add it to the chocolate liquid and stir evenly

Pour back the cheese paste

Pour into the mold, place in a baking pan, and heat water in the baking pan

Put in the oven, middle layer, 170 degrees, upper and lower heat, bake for 35 minutes
