Tomato and egg gnocchi
Overview
When I’m eating alone and don’t want to cook, I often cook some noodles, rice cakes and the like. Today I made a simple and delicious gnocchi, which tastes very good. (*^▽^*)

Preparation materials: flour, tomatoes, eggs, green onions

While adding water, stir the flour with chopsticks until there is no dry powder left. Continue stirring for about one minute and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and the green onions into small pieces

Pour a small amount of oil into the pot, add the green onions, stir-fry the tomatoes for a while, and pour in an appropriate amount of water

After the water boils, use a knife or chopsticks to draw the flour into the pot one by one, and stir it slightly to prevent it from sticking to the pot.

When the noodles are almost cooked, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence. Slowly pour in the beaten eggs and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving. Take it out of the pot
