Wash the hawthorn with salt;

Cut everything in half, remove the core and stems;

Use chopsticks to skewer;

Add half a small bowl of water to the pot, add rock sugar, and simmer over low heat;

Cook until the sugar juice is thick and slightly yellow in color;

Put the hawthorn skewers into the sugar juice and quickly wrap them in a plate with cold boiled water (cold boiled water prevents adhesion);
