One can can’t be used up, only half of it is enough for two people

First fry the bitter melon in oil. During the frying process, add a small amount of sugar to remove some of the bitter taste of the bitter melon, and then add some salt to taste

After frying for 1 minute, add the canned dace, the tempeh in the can and the juice inside, stir fry for another minute and it is ready to serve
