Stir-fried chicken sausage with shredded carrots
Overview
Since I don’t like meat very much, I usually use chicken sausage or ham sausage instead. You can also replace the sausage with fresh meat.

First prepare two carrots, two peppers, one chicken sausage, and one garlic.

Use a scraper to scrape the carrot into shreds, cut the pepper into small rounds (I think it is easier to cut this way), slice the garlic, and slice the chicken sausage.

Add the cold oil to the chicken intestines and stir gently. (If the oil is cold, it will not stick to the pan.)

Stir-fry until the chicken sausage changes color, add the chili and garlic and stir-fry together until fragrant.

Then add shredded carrots, stir-fry over high heat until soft, then add a small amount of water. When it's 8 minutes cooked, add light soy sauce, chicken essence, and salt, and it's ready to serve.

After frying, it tastes delicious and refreshing.
