Steps
-
Prepare white fungus, purple sweet potato, rock sugar, and wolfberry.
-
Wash, peel and cut the purple sweet potatoes into small cubes and set aside.
-
Soak the white fungus, drain, and tear into small florets. Soak the wolfberry in warm water for a while and take it out.
-
Add enough water to a small pot (I added 3 bowls of water for two people, but it was still less. After cooking, it was still too little, 4 bowls is about the same), and add the white fungus.
-
After boiling over high heat, simmer over low heat for about half an hour, stirring occasionally. If the soup feels a little sticky, add diced purple potato and wolfberry.
-
Mix well.
-
Cook until the rock sugar melts, then turn off the heat and remove from the pot.
-
Add a small piece of rock sugar.
