Pickled pepper chicken feet is my family's favorite. I often made it the summer before last because I used to live close to the vegetable market. Chicken feet were very cheap at 8 yuan per catty. I often made them as snacks. This year I moved far away from the vegetable market. My daughter was only a little over 2 years old last summer. When she went to her grandma's house, she saw the soaked chicken feet her grandma made and ate them regardless of how spicy they were. Hey, that made us laugh so hard.
