Peel quail eggs quickly
Overview
The last time I made quail eggs, I peeled them so badly that it took a long time. Not to mention, there was protein in the shell, not a single one was intact, and there were large and small pockmarks, which made me lose my appetite. Fortunately, I recently learned a little trick and solved the big trouble. There are 0 eggs here, and it takes less than 5 minutes to peel them. If you have something good to share, I will contribute the tips I learned!

Steps
-
After washing the quail eggs, I made a mistake and got off to a bad start, and several of them were destroyed.
-
Add appropriate amount of water and cook, forgetting to watch the time.
-
After cooking, soak in cold water.
-
Here’s the trick: Prepare a crisper, mine is made of glass, plastic is also fine, and put the eggs in it.
-
Add water to fill the box one-fifth of the way.
-
Fasten the button, then grab the sides with both hands and shake the box hard and fast so that the quail eggs bang between the bottom and top of the box. I shook for 20 seconds.
-
When you open the box, you can see that many small pieces of eggshell have fallen off the egg.
-
A small opening was made, and the shell and egg skin were torn apart in one turn.
-
In less than a second, one eggshell was torn off, and the experiment was successful.
