Stir-fried red amaranth with garlic
Overview
This is a dish that is often eaten on our dining table. It is simple and easy to make. When I was a child, I especially liked to eat amaranth. Not only because of the delicious taste of amaranth, but also the pink soup of amaranth. I would mix the soup with rice and eat it. The rice dyed with the amaranth soup becomes very beautiful, and even the rice looks more appetizing.
