Overview
When I was watching Langya Bang some time ago, my princesses asked me if my mother’s hazelnut cake, which Mei Changsu loves to eat, is delicious? I don’t know this, because I haven’t eaten it either! The season for hazelnuts, a specialty of the Northeast, is here. I tried making hazelnut cakes, and they tasted pretty good!

The hazelnut kernels are first roasted in the oven
