Dragon Juice
Overview
Today I used ordinary pitaya, not the red-fleshed kind, but the finished product is indeed red in color because the skin of the pitaya is used, which makes the color particularly beautiful. The skin of dragon fruit is rich in anthocyanins and has very good antioxidant function. It is okay to throw it away. If you eat it alone, it doesn’t taste very good. Wash the dragon fruit and cut it in half
