Overview
Tomato fried noodles, doesn’t it look like spaghetti? I fried it for a midnight snack! The taste of this noodle is bland. If you don’t like it bland, you can add some seasoning by yourself. This fried noodles is very simple, you can eat it whenever you want...it won't be a hassle, just an egg, tomato, noodles and salt!

For tomato fried noodles, soak the noodles in advance.

Beat the eggs, wash and chop the tomatoes.

Pour oil into the pot over low heat, fry the eggs until cooked, put them in a bowl. Pour oil into the pot, add tomatoes and stir-fry until the juice is released.

Add noodles and stir-fry evenly. Pour in eggs and salt and stir-fry evenly. Just turn off the heat and serve!
