Overview

Siwu Decoction is a classic traditional Chinese medicine prescription for nourishing and replenishing blood. It is composed of four herbs: Angelica sinensis, Chuanxiong rhizome, peony root and rehmannia glutinosa. However, in Taiwan Province of China, the more popular Rose Siwu Decoction is made from Angelicae Sinensis, Chuanxiong, Cinnamon, Rehmannia glutinosa or Raw Rehmannia glutinosa. If you have a hot body constitution, you should drink Rose Siwu Decoction composed of raw Rehmannia glutinosa. If you have a cold constitution, you should drink Siwu Decoction composed of Rehmannia glutinosa!
