Freshly stewed matsutake chicken soup and season with salt.

Wash lettuce leaves and set aside.

A small bundle of thin round noodles.

Chop coriander, chives, and millet pepper and set aside.

Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil in the pot and add the thin noodles.

Bring to a boil.

Add lettuce.

Scald and turn off the heat.

Put noodles and lettuce into bowl.

Pour in appropriate amount of matsutake chicken soup.

Sprinkle with coriander, chives, millet pepper, and green peppercorn oil, pour a little bit of oil on it, and you have a delicious noodle.
