Bacon and Enoki Mushroom Rolls

It’s been a long time since I’ve had time to publish another recipe. I recently made a super simple oven dish. Although the process is simple, the taste is no less impressive, so I couldn’t hold back my excitement and hurriedly came up to share it with you!

Wash the enoki mushrooms and cut off the roots

Unpack the bacon and set aside

Prepare the seasoning

Spread bacon on the chopping board

Sprinkle cumin and black pepper evenly

Choose an appropriate amount of enoki mushroom and place it on one end of the bacon strip

Roll into a roll and secure the opening with a toothpick

Line a baking sheet with tin foil, add the bacon and enoki mushroom rolls, and place in the oven at 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
