I was lucky today and bought a double-covered crab (with a soft cover underneath). Different crabs require different cooking methods. You must have never tried steamed corn noodles with shrimp and crab.

Corn noodles, one of the best whole grains, soaked for several hours

The upper cover is hard and the lower cover is soft

The soft cover can be folded in half

Arrange them together with the shrimps, pour two tablespoons of soy sauce on them, steam them in a pot over boiling water until the shells turn red. Heat oil and pour it on before serving to bring out the umami flavor again.
