  3. Cut garlic sprouts into sections.

  4. Slice onions, garlic, and millet pepper.

  5. Heat the cold oil in the pan, add the onion, garlic, millet pepper and a spoonful of bean paste and saute until fragrant.

  6. Stir-fry the bean paste until fragrant, then add the pork belly and stir-fry.

  7. After two or three minutes, add potatoes and kelp and continue to stir-fry.

  8. After the potatoes are cooked, add garlic sprouts, a little sugar (to enhance freshness, not too much) and a little salt (you have already put bean paste in front, just a little salt), stir-fry and remove from the pan.
