Leftover rice, salted ham, and chives (forgot to take a photo).

Cut the brine leg into cubes and set aside.

Take an appropriate amount of large radish and cut into cubes.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the remaining rice, the sliced salted leg legs and large radish and stir-fry.
