Prepare the ingredients

Melt the butter, pour the various ingredients into the bread bucket one by one, select the dough kneading function and start kneading the dough

Roll the dough into a round strip and divide it into equal parts, then roll it into an oval shape and cut off the edges to form a rectangular shape. Then cut it into an isosceles triangle and roll it up from the bottom to the top corner.

Select the natural fermentation setting. After the croissants have risen to double their original size, take them out and brush them with egg wash.

Choose to heat the upper and lower tubes, set the upper tube to 160 degrees and the lower tube to 140 degrees, set the timer for 15 minutes, and bake until colored (you can adjust the temperature of the lower tube halfway)
