Poached egg instant noodles
Overview
Unexpectedly, the first recipe I posted was for instant noodles! ! ! Its characteristics are convenience, various varieties, and various ways of making it, and Yuzhu brand is a specialty of my hometown. From snack to adult, this method is my favorite, whether it is a late-night snack or a staple food that is not time-consuming in student life, it is it! ! ! Now that I'm married far away, I always bring a box with me every time I go back to my parents' home, just in case of emergencies. For example, at noon today, I originally planned to make something delicious, but my daughter didn't go to bed until two o'clock. I was so hungry that I had to make instant noodles. Who makes it convenient? However, don’t be greedy for too much of the delicious food~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Appropriate amount of spinach, one egg, and one bag of instant noodles (this is my amount, my husband got three bags~).
-
Boil a bowl of water in a pot. Don’t use too much water. Once it’s cooked, you’ll get just enough soup and noodles, so there’s no waste at all~
-
Crack the eggs into the pot without stirring, cover with the lid and cook for a while.
-
After the surface of the egg has settled, put the instant noodles into the pot.
-
This is the seasoning packet that comes with instant noodles, I love it~
-
Pour the seasoning into a bowl, add appropriate amount of vinegar, sesame oil, and coriander and set aside.
-
When the noodles are soft, add the spinach and tear it into large pieces. Stir until spinach changes color and remove from heat.
-
First pour the soup into a bowl, dissolve the seasonings, then add the noodles and eggs.
